As expected, Partizan squad is already engaged in full capacity training here in Belek camp.
We learned about this part of the pre-season from Professor of Sports Science Marko Stojanovic.
“These preps are short so we practically start the engine from the third of fourth gear. We did tough stamina training yesterday while we had interesting agility and explosiveness middle intensity session today”, says Stojanovic.
“The idea of these preps is high load work and friendly games. Friendlies are regarded as low load. These preps will be quite demanding but that`s the good way to get the squad ready for season`s restart”.
Morning practice consisted of three parts. After practicing possession, players worked on agility development followed by main part of the session where players were split into two groups – one group practiced finishing while the other group worked on final line of defence.
Partizan will play first friendly of Belek winter preps on Sunday . Team will meet Polish outfit Zaglebie, 3pm kick-off, with live coverage from Arena Sport TV and FK Partizan YouTube Channel.
