TEAM NEWS
There are no new reported injuries. Players back from international break will be assessed fitness-wise.
Partizan boss Aleksandar Stanojevic on upcoming home game:
-We`ve been good form-wise so far but that`s tricky parameter. One game can change it all. We respect Metalac and their coach Lazetic who played and worked with Partizan previously. They do their best and enjoy their football which was clear for everyone to see in the last few rounds. Moreover, we only managed a draw in a corresponding fixture.
We have four more days before Belgrade derby and we don`t need to rest any players. However, two players are still not back from international duty and few are fatigued as a result of internationals so we`ll have to field those with best fitness levels. But, we are focusing on Saturday`s game solely as if we don`t win it tomorrow, we have to play for against Crvena Zvezda.
We needed this international break but it remains to be seen how it will reflect on our form. We had 11 players away on international duty and none of them had a break. Therefore, there`ll be extra minutes on the field for those we worked with at home.
Everyone, including myself, needs to prove every day. Players I had at my disposal during international break worked hard and one game or one training session can change my outlook. Every single detail matters here at Partizan.
