Ivica Iliev on Soumah deal:
– We negotiated this deal for 18 months. It took a lot of energy and patience but we succeeded. Slovan president said that we had one big club as a transfer rival. Yes, our bitter rivals who also wanted to sign Soumah but we won this battle fair. I`d like to thank Soumah who said who wanted to sign for us. This was like the days of my childhood when I watched Partizan and Crvena Zvezda compete to sign best players.
We have great expectations from Soumah. He arrived here full of confidence and belief in his qualities, aware of Partizan greatness as well.
Soumah might be starter next week against Olympiakos
– I signed for a fantastic club and this is a step forward in my career. I`m honoured to be here and I want to prove myself and be a better player. I`ll give my best for the club. I`m aware of everything and high transfer fee will motivate me even more, says Soumah
