Ricardo Gomes: Hundred percent ready for Koln

“I`m really thrilled I scored two more goals, especially for the team as we achieved another win”, said Ricardo after the Vozdovac game.

“This is of real significance for me as I didn`t score for two games in a row and two goals in one game are very important for every attacker. This gives us more motivation to dig even deeper in the each upcoming game”.

“It`s always tough at Vozdovac due to artificial turf we are not used to. But, we adapted quick and good, started the game in a strong fashion. Against Vojvodina, Koln and now Vozdovac, we scored early goals and things are easier as a result, an early goal adds to the confidence and odds of better performance are there. Today, we created a lot of good opportunities, it was a great team performance and we should hold on to this. Mood in the dressing room is good. When you keep winning everyone is cheerful. It won`t be easy to play on this level in each and every game but we`ll try to do our best, starting from training sessions”.

“Now, we have few days to get ready for an important game against Koln. We know they are exceptional team but we also understand what three points won would mean to us. Good recovery and focus are important now, as Koln match is going to be extremely tough, but we are mentally ready and everyone will give hundred percent on the pitch”, said Ricardo Gomes.
