Queensy Menig: I feel your love

Partizan trashed Spartak 5-0 at home with brace from Ricardo and goals from Terzic, Menig and Holender. 

We spoke to Queensy Menig who scored his first domestic league goal for Partizan. 

“I`m gradually adapting. Boys are great, I feel like I`ve been here for 6 months, not less than a month.  I`m glad I scored as we locked the game with it. Also, playing in front of home fans has a special feel”. 

When you scored, you pointed out at Partizan crest on your shirt. 

“With this gesture I wanted to show fans I feel their love and this is how I pay them back. I get lots of messages every single day and wherever I go people recognize me, they want to take a photo with me. I want to pay them back by scoring goals”. 

Your roommate Ricardo scored a brace. 

“He`s fantastic lad. His family was on the stands today and we have a great communication on and off the pitch. There`s always banter when we are together”. 

Your girlfrend was in Belgrade recently. 

“She was here briefly, first time after she joined me during my promotion to Partizan. She likes Belgrade very much”. 

Partizan plays Flora on Thursday in a Conference League round 2 fixture. 

“Very important game and a win would mean a great step forward in Conference League”, said Queensy Menig.
