Partizan played a fifth friendly of Belek training camp so far and achieved a fourth draw, this time a goalless one. Austria Wien proved interesting rival and we witnessed a number of fine opportunities both ways. Unfortunately, this friendly was marked by poor ref`s decisions. Firstly, dubious offside decision cancelled out Lutovac`s first half goal followed by a second half sending-off for Natcho.
Partizan created number of opportunities via Ricardo and Lutovac but Austria keeper Kos did his job to prevent the two from scoring. On the other side of the field, centre-backs Ilic and Markovic looked quite convincing.
Partizan boss Gordan Petric after the match:
-Afternoon`s friendly had more pace compared to earlier one played in very sunny conditions. I`m pleased no one picked up an injury and I`m glad Traore played 45 minutes considering he is back from injury. We are pleased with our performances in general”.
Partizan will play two more friendlies in Belek, both on 27th of January, against Danish outfit Horsens and Muscovites CSKA, both live on Arena Sport TV and FK Partizan YouTube channel. Squad returns to Belgrade on 28th of January.
