Djordje Ivanovic: We all have winning desire

Djordje Ivanovic was among the goalscorers in a 4-0 Vozdovac win on Friday night after coming in as a sub. He completed the scoreline with an injury time goal.

– It`s nice when you win 4-0 ahead of international break, says Ivanovic.

– This win against Vozdovac and our full performance are the result of training and suggestions we get from boss Mirkovic. We scouted Vozdovac well and some previously rehearsed build-up`s helped us score nice goals, starting from Miletic`s opener followed by fantastic two goals from Zakaric. Everything takes time and this team is no different. There`s a great energy within our squad and it transfers onto our performances. Of course, I`m pleased to get on a scoresheet especially as I came on as a sub. We proved on Friday and in the cup game previously that our subs can do the job too. We also had several players who were struck by illness but still played and showed their winning desire.

Partizan squad will resume training during international break only after three days off received.
